Installation, upgrades, repairs & takeovers
Country-club homes and larger Weston estates need reliable control from the front door to the patio. Sentry Audio Video designs new systems and restores existing automation, lighting, AV, networks and security, with an assessment that separates equipment failures from programming and connectivity problems.

Automation, voice control & takeovers
Control4, Savant, Crestron and Josh.ai design, programming, repairs and upgrades. We identify the installed platform, available project files, licenses, account ownership and device compatibility before recommending what to retain or replace.
Explore control systemsLighting, motorized shades & comfort
Lutron lighting and shade planning, keypad and scene changes, troubleshooting and supported climate or pool-control integration. Lighting loads, shade power, hardware and third-party compatibility are reviewed before products are specified.
Lighting servicesHome theater, music & outdoor entertainment
Private theaters, media rooms, distributed audio and video, Sonos, TVs and outdoor sound. Kaleidescape sales, upgrades and repair assessments are available. We define source switching, sound coverage, controls and commissioning around how the spaces are used.
Kaleidescape servicesWi-Fi, cabling & IT support
UniFi/Ubiquiti and other managed-network assessments; Cat6/Cat6A, fiber, switches, access points, backup internet and Starlink project planning. Review coverage, backhaul, guest access and power before adding hardware. Support and maintenance options are scoped separately.
Network and Wi-Fi servicesCameras, alarms & controlled entry
Camera installations, recorder upgrades, remote viewing and takeovers, plus alarm-panel assessments, monitoring options, intercoms, gates and access control. Honeywell/Resideo and Napco systems are evaluated for supported upgrades. Licensed scope, approvals and equipment compatibility govern the final work.
Security servicesClubhouse, HOA & business technology
Separately authorized clubhouse and common-area projects can include TV systems, distributed sound, meeting AV, digital displays, business networks, cabling, cameras and access control. Review staff workflows, operating hours and network separation before finalizing the scope.
Commercial integrationPlan around the property
For a Weston Hills renovation, review the installed controller, room interfaces and rack before finishes change. For Windmill-area estates, measure the actual distances to guest spaces, gates and outdoor living zones before choosing wireless equipment. Bonaventure properties may need a focused upgrade that works with existing wiring and association requirements.
Taking over an existing system
- Document the installation: inventory controllers, remotes, touchscreens, lighting, sources, amplifiers, cameras and network equipment; establish owner-authorized access.
- Diagnose the faults: separate power, cabling, network, programming and equipment problems. Explain diagnostic charges and access requirements when booking.
- Define the work: identify retained equipment, replacements, new wiring, supported integrations and software or license requirements in the proposal.
- Test and hand over: check the agreed room functions, lighting scenes, audio, video, network access and security views. Explain owner controls and available service arrangements.
For outages or damaged systems, ask about surge-protection assessment and recovery planning. For waterfront properties, marine AV, yacht Wi-Fi and camera inquiries are reviewed under their own scope.
