Brivo is a strong fit when the owner wants cloud administration across one building or a portfolio: mobile credentials, remote user management and multi-site permissions. We design, install and service Brivo when that workflow is the right one.

Frequently asked questions

Do you only install Brivo?

No. Brivo is one platform we install. We also install and service Continental and other access-control brands, and we take over systems we did not originally install.

Can you take over an old Continental panel?

Often yes. We inspect the panel, readers, locks, power and network, then quote repair, expansion or replacement. Keeping a working Continental system is frequently cheaper than a full rip-and-replace.

Can access control work with our cameras?

Yes. When the network and permissions are designed together, an access event can be reviewed against video instead of treated as a separate system.

Do you handle gates as well as interior doors?

Yes. Vehicle and pedestrian gates are part of the same access plan when the operator, safety devices, reader and network are specified together.

Can Brivo manage multiple buildings?

Yes. Brivo is designed for centralized cloud administration and can support multiple properties when the system is designed, licensed and permissioned appropriately.

Can employees or residents use their phones?

Mobile credentials are available for compatible Brivo deployments. We confirm reader, subscription and workflow requirements before specifying them.

Can Brivo work with cameras and visitor management?

Brivo supports unified and integrated security workflows, but compatibility and available features depend on the selected products and licensing. We review those requirements during design.

Can Sentry take over an older access-control system?

Yes. We can assess panels, readers, credentials, locks, power, cabling, account ownership and network connectivity before recommending service, selective upgrades or replacement.

Can access control manage gates and amenity areas?

Yes. A properly designed system can manage doors, vehicle gates and shared amenities with schedules and permission groups appropriate to residents, employees, vendors and visitors.

Does access control replace security cameras or an alarm?

No. Access control manages who can use a door or gate. Cameras provide visual evidence, while an intrusion alarm detects unauthorized entry conditions. The systems can work together but solve different problems.
