MIAMI & MIAMI BEACH · DESIGN · INSTALLATION · SERVICE

When an installed system is unreliable or the original company is unavailable, Sentry Audio Video provides a clear starting point. We assess smart-home, AV, network and security systems in Miami and Miami Beach before defining repair, takeover or ongoing-support work.

Begin with a system inventory and the symptoms

Tell us what stopped working, which rooms are affected and whether anything changed recently. We review controllers, interfaces, sources, network equipment, wiring and power as relevant. Owner-authorized account access and available documentation are established before changes are made.

Control4, Savant, Crestron, Lutron and Josh.ai

Each platform has its own hardware, software and account requirements. We identify the installed system and supported upgrade path, then explain retained equipment, programming work and replacement options. Missing Crestron program files or inaccessible accounts can change the scope and are addressed before promises are made.

Support for seasonal homes and managed properties

Miami Beach owners and house managers may need work coordinated before an arrival or around approved building hours. Miami businesses may need agreed maintenance windows. We define the authorized contacts, service access and communication process so the people responsible for the property know how to request help.

What a service agreement should define

Continuing support is scoped to the actual equipment and operational needs. The agreement identifies covered systems, scheduled visits, remote-service arrangements, response expectations and exclusions. Parts, replacement equipment, subscriptions and after-hours work are described explicitly. Availability and any diagnostic charges are confirmed before scheduling.

From assessment to a clear scope

  1. Tell us the goal: share your city, property type, project stage and the systems involved.
  2. Review the site: confirm access, scheduling and any diagnostic or assessment charges before a visit.
  3. Approve the work: review equipment, labor, wiring, programming and any recurring services in a written proposal.
  4. Test and hand over: verify the agreed functions and explain daily use and support options.

Questions before you begin

Will a service plan include every repair and replacement?

Only the work expressly included in the agreement is covered. We define visits, remote support, parts, response arrangements and exclusions in writing before a plan begins.

Do you serve both Miami and Miami Beach?

Yes. We coordinate work for Miami and Miami Beach properties, including homes, condominiums and suitable commercial projects. Building access, scheduling, scope and any assessment charges are confirmed before the visit.
