Managed IT Service Contracts & Technology Maintenance Plans

Sentry Audio Video provides recurring IT, network, cybersecurity and connected-building service plans for businesses in Boca Raton, Palm Beach County, Broward County and Orlando. Call (561) 717-3280 or request an assessment to define the systems and response coverage your business needs.

A service contract creates continuity. Sentry documents the environment, maintains a service history and gives employees and managers a defined support path for the technology included in the agreement. Plans can cover business computers, Microsoft 365, servers, networks, Wi-Fi, cabling, conference rooms, cameras, access control and other connected systems after assessment.

The Documents Behind a Responsible IT Service Contract

Managed Services Agreement

The Managed Services Agreement establishes the continuing business relationship, general responsibilities, billing terms, approval process and contract conditions.

Scope of Work

The Scope of Work identifies the supported locations, users, equipment, applications and services. It also states what is excluded so responsibility is not discovered during an outage.

Service Level Agreement

When applicable, the Service Level Agreement identifies priority classifications, response targets, support hours and escalation procedures. A response target is not the same as a guaranteed resolution time.

An undocumented or unstable environment may require corrective work before continuing responsibility begins. This protects both the client and the support team from treating existing failures as normal maintenance.

Technology That Can Be Included

Service-Plan FAQs

Is a managed IT plan the same as unlimited support?

No. The signed agreement defines supported systems, included labor, response procedures, hardware, subscriptions, after-hours work and exclusions. Clear boundaries produce a more reliable relationship than an undefined promise that everything is included.

Can Sentry support technology installed by another company?

Potentially. A takeover begins with an assessment of equipment condition, account ownership, credentials, licensing, documentation and supportability. Stabilization or replacement may be required before continuing coverage begins.

Can a contract include Microsoft 365, servers and employee computers?

Yes. Managed IT Care can include Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint support, user changes, server support, networks and related services when they are documented in the scope.

Can the same plan cover cameras and access control?

Yes. Complete Site Care is designed for appropriate businesses and managed properties that want coordinated support across IT, networks, cameras, access control, AV and connected-building systems.

Are replacement parts and software licenses included?

Not automatically. Hardware, software, licensing, cloud subscriptions and installation work are identified in the agreement or approved separately.

Where is onsite service available?

Onsite plans are available for suitable clients in Boca Raton, Palm Beach County, Broward County, Fort Lauderdale, Las Olas, Orlando and surrounding service areas. New York and Long Island coverage is reviewed through the Massapequa office.

CAMERA MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT

Keep the camera system useful after installation

A live picture does not prove that yesterday’s footage was recorded. Sentry can build camera maintenance into a defined service agreement for a home, estate, business or managed property. Start with an equipment and recording assessment, then choose the scope that fits the site.

Camera Health Visit

A scheduled assessment of camera availability, sample playback and export, recorder or drive warnings, retention settings, time synchronization, accessible lens condition and authorized app access. Findings and recommended corrections are documented.

Scheduled Camera Care

A recurring agreement specifying visit frequency, accessible lens cleaning, recording checks, alert review, supported firmware planning, configuration documentation and an agreed process for reporting faults.

Estate & Multi-Property Care

A tailored scope covering compatible cameras, recorders, supporting networks, approved staff access and multiple sites. Define which remote health tools are available, who receives alerts and how onsite work is scheduled.

Define the service before promising the response

Pricing follows the camera count, travel, access requirements, equipment condition and agreed work. The written scope identifies onsite labor, remote work, parts, licenses, cloud services and exclusions. Maintenance does not automatically include live security monitoring, police dispatch, 24/7 response, unlimited labor or replacement hardware.

Supported platforms include Digital Watchdog, Speco Technologies, Ring, Luma Surveillance, Ubiquiti UniFi Protect, Hanwha Vision, Axis Communications, VIVOTEK, Luminys. Older or unsupported devices are reviewed individually.

Available through Sentry’s Boca/Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale/Miami, Orlando/Central Florida and New York/Long Island service areas.
