Is Microsoft 365 the same as Office 365?
Microsoft 365 is the current product family. Many people still use the former Office 365 name. Depending on the subscription, Microsoft 365 can include Office applications, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, identity tools and device-management features.
Can you migrate our email and files?
Yes, after assessing the current platform, data, accounts, permissions and downtime requirements. Projects may include mailbox, file-server, Google Workspace, SharePoint, OneDrive or tenant-to-tenant migrations.
Can you set up new employees and remove former employees?
Yes. User onboarding and offboarding can include accounts, licenses, email, groups, permissions, devices and access removal when those responsibilities are included in the service scope.
Do you provide Microsoft 365 licensing?
Licensing availability, subscription ownership and billing are confirmed in the proposal. Even when licenses are purchased directly by the client, Sentry can support configuration and administration when included in the agreement.
Can Microsoft 365 be included in a monthly IT service plan?
Yes. Microsoft 365 administration can be combined with endpoint, network, server, backup and cybersecurity support in a documented managed IT service plan.
