One technology partner
Systems that work together—and keep working after installation
Commercial technology is most reliable when the audio, video, control, lighting, network and security infrastructure are planned as one system. Sentry Audio Video coordinates those disciplines with owners, architects, designers, general contractors and IT teams, reducing conflicts during construction and making the finished system easier for employees to use and maintain.

Clear control for employees. Real visibility for management.
A well-designed commercial system does not call attention to its complexity. Employees should be able to start a meeting, select a source, adjust a room or close the building without a manual. Owners and managers should have the right remote access, alerts and reporting without exposing critical systems to unnecessary risk.
- Simple room and whole-property control tailored to staff roles
- Consistent experiences across multiple rooms or locations
- Remote support pathways and clearly labeled infrastructure
- Scalable designs that allow future displays, cameras, zones and devices
- Documentation and handoff for facilities and IT teams
Markets we serve
Commercial technology for spaces where experience and uptime matter
Every environment has a different definition of success. A boardroom needs effortless collaboration. A sports bar needs fast source changes and balanced sound. A retail or hospitality property needs technology that supports the guest experience without distracting from it. We plan each system around the way the space will actually operate.

Commercial AV FAQ
Questions businesses ask before starting
When should Sentry join a commercial project?
Ideally during design or before electrical, framing and ceiling work are finalized. Early involvement allows us to coordinate device locations, cable pathways, network coverage, rack ventilation, power and control requirements. We can also evaluate existing spaces and phased renovations.
Can you integrate with equipment we already own?
Often, yes. We first document the existing system, confirm compatibility and test its condition. Reusing reliable equipment can make sense, but we will identify devices or infrastructure that could limit performance, security or supportability.
Do you handle both the network and the AV system?
Yes. Modern conferencing, control, streaming, signage and security systems depend on a properly designed network. Sentry provides enterprise Wi-Fi, managed switching, structured cabling and fiber, then coordinates those systems with the AV and control requirements.
Which control platform is best for a business?
That depends on the number of rooms, user experience, integration requirements, property type and support plan. We design with Control4, Crestron and Savant where appropriate, and recommend the platform that fits the operational need rather than forcing every project onto one system.
Can you support restaurants, bars and multi-zone venues?
Yes. We design source distribution, zoned sound, sports viewing, digital signage, lighting scenes, networks and control interfaces for staff. For multi-location operators, we can help establish a repeatable technology standard.
Do you service systems installed by another company?
Yes. We can assess an existing system, trace and label infrastructure, resolve priority issues and propose a phased plan. Some proprietary systems may require manufacturer access or replacement, which we explain before work begins.
