Start with the doors, gates and users

We review existing locking hardware, door condition, power, wiring and network availability before specifying controllers or readers. User groups, access schedules, visitor entry and management responsibilities shape the design. Door egress, building requirements and any work by other trades are coordinated before installation.

Video intercoms and managed-property entry

Projects can include suitable ButterflyMX, Brivo, Continental or LiftMaster access products, depending on the application and current compatibility. We define resident or staff enrollment, visitor workflows, permissions and handoff. Subscription requirements and third-party dependencies are identified in the proposal.

Existing-system repair and modernization

Intermittent entry, failed readers and app problems require a review of both the access equipment and the infrastructure. We assess controllers, power supplies, network links and account ownership. Mechanical gate or door issues are distinguished from access-control problems so responsibilities are clear.

Condominiums, hospitality and commercial projects

Miami towers and Miami Beach buildings may have separate unit, lobby, garage and shared-amenity systems. We work within the authorized scope and coordinate management approvals, work windows, deliveries and testing. Changes are planned to limit disruption, with the agreed access functions verified before handoff.
