Community and club-area coverage

Explore service planning for each location. Private residences, association property and club facilities are separate scopes. Sentry is an independent technology provider and is not affiliated with the named clubs or communities.

Boca Pointe

Lighting and shade upgrades, dependable Wi-Fi, discreet TV and audio systems, cameras and automation service. Confirm the relevant village’s access and installation requirements.

Boca Lago

Technology assessments across Boca Lago’s sub-associations. Separate owner equipment from shared services and verify usable cable routes before proposing controls, networking or surveillance.

Boca Woods Country Club

Whole-home control, outdoor entertainment, lighting, cameras and network modernization. Begin takeovers with equipment, programming and account documentation.

Boca Greens

AV, Wi-Fi, automation, alarm and camera planning for residents. The homeowners association and privately operated golf facility have separate responsibilities.

Boca Country Club / Boca Golf and Tennis community

Residential technology in the community around the Boca Raton Golf & Racquet Club. The golf facility is city-owned; owner projects and any separately authorized public-facility work have distinct scopes.

Woodfield Hunt Club

Estate technology planning, repairs and upgrades for this separately managed Boca Raton community. Review existing racks, account access, outdoor coverage and occupied-home scheduling; distinguish the residence and HOA scope from country-club facilities.

Private theaters, media rooms, distributed audio and video, Sonos, TVs and outdoor sound. Kaleidescape sales, upgrades and repair assessments are available. We define source switching, sound coverage, controls and commissioning around how the spaces are used.

Kaleidescape services

Wi-Fi, cabling & IT support

UniFi/Ubiquiti and other managed-network assessments; Cat6/Cat6A, fiber, switches, access points, backup internet and Starlink project planning. Review coverage, backhaul, guest access and power before adding hardware. Support and maintenance options are scoped separately.

Network and Wi-Fi services

Cameras, alarms & controlled entry

Camera installations, recorder upgrades, remote viewing and takeovers, plus alarm-panel assessments, monitoring options, intercoms, gates and access control. Honeywell/Resideo and Napco systems are evaluated for supported upgrades. Licensed scope, approvals and equipment compatibility govern the final work.

Security services

Clubhouse, HOA & business technology

Separately authorized clubhouse and common-area projects can include TV systems, distributed sound, meeting AV, digital displays, business networks, cabling, cameras and access control. Review staff workflows, operating hours and network separation before finalizing the scope.

Commercial integration

Plan around the property

Condominiums, villas and detached homes need different plans. Review association work rules, wall and ceiling access, the equipment closet and existing speaker and network wiring before ordering equipment. Keep the upgrade focused on the homeowner’s rooms, finishes and routines.

Taking over an existing system

  1. Document the installation: inventory controllers, remotes, touchscreens, lighting, sources, amplifiers, cameras and network equipment; establish owner-authorized access.
  2. Diagnose the faults: separate power, cabling, network, programming and equipment problems. Explain diagnostic charges and access requirements when booking.
  3. Define the work: identify retained equipment, replacements, new wiring, supported integrations and software or license requirements in the proposal.
  4. Test and hand over: check the agreed room functions, lighting scenes, audio, video, network access and security views. Explain owner controls and available service arrangements.

For outages or damaged systems, ask about surge-protection assessment and recovery planning. For waterfront properties, marine AV, yacht Wi-Fi and camera inquiries are reviewed under their own scope.
