Recurring Business Technology Support

Business technology service plans that keep responsibility clear.

A Sentry service agreement gives your company a defined support path for the networks, Wi-Fi, cabling, communications, AV, surveillance and access systems included in the plan. Coverage is tailored to the property instead of forcing every business into the same package.

Why a service agreement

Stop starting over every time something goes down.

When technology is undocumented, every service call begins with discovery. The provider has to identify the equipment, find the passwords, trace the cabling and determine how one vendor’s system depends on another. A recurring agreement creates continuity. Sentry learns the environment, documents the covered systems and maintains a service history that supports faster, more informed decisions.

Documented environment

Maintain working records for covered equipment, network structure, important configurations and known conditions.

Defined request path

Give employees and property managers a clear way to request remote or onsite assistance for covered systems.

Planned lifecycle

Identify aging, unsupported or unreliable equipment before a preventable failure becomes a business interruption.

Choose the right scope

Three levels of continuing support

Plan names describe service categories, not unlimited coverage. The signed agreement defines supported equipment, included services, response expectations, labor allowances, replacement hardware, after-hours availability and exclusions.

Onboarding

Every plan begins with an assessment.

Sentry does not accept responsibility for an undocumented environment without first understanding what is present. The onboarding review identifies the equipment, access requirements, physical condition, recurring problems and corrective work that may be needed before coverage begins.

1. Property and systems reviewIdentify locations, users, networks, racks, connected systems and operational priorities.
2. Documentation and accessConfirm available credentials, configurations, warranties, diagrams and vendor relationships.
3. Stabilization recommendationsSeparate urgent corrections from improvements that can be planned over time.
4. Written coverage scheduleDefine supported systems, request procedures, response expectations and exclusions.

Service-plan FAQs

What businesses should know

Are Sentry service plans the same as unlimited IT support?

No. Coverage is based on the written agreement for the specific business and systems. This prevents misunderstandings and allows the plan to reflect the actual environment.

Can Sentry take over technology installed by another company?

Potentially. A takeover begins with an assessment of equipment condition, documentation, access credentials and supportability. Corrective work may be recommended before ongoing coverage starts.

Can a plan include networks, cameras, access control and conference rooms?

Yes. Complete Site Care is designed for appropriate businesses and managed properties that want one support relationship across multiple connected systems.

Do service agreements include replacement equipment?

Not automatically. Hardware approval, purchasing and installation terms are defined in the agreement or a separate proposal.

Where are onsite plans available?

Onsite service is available for suitable clients in Boca Raton and throughout Palm Beach and Broward counties, including Delray Beach, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens and Fort Lauderdale. Exact availability is confirmed during consultation.
