Frequently asked questions

Can you service a system installed by another company?

Yes. We assess equipment, accounts, available documentation and product support before defining the takeover. Missing project files or unsupported devices can affect the scope; we explain those limitations before quoting the work.

Do I need to replace the whole system?

The assessment determines that. Some projects need network or programming corrections, while others need new hardware. The proposal identifies what can remain and why any replacement is recommended.

What should I send before a visit?

Send the property location, a description of the issue or project, equipment photos if available, and drawings or documentation you own. Passwords should be shared through an agreed secure process, not entered in a general contact-form message.
