Can you take over Josh.ai installed by another company?
Yes. We assess account access, installed devices, the network and the connected systems before defining the takeover. The quote identifies compatible functions, any equipment or programming changes, and the commands that will be tested at handoff.
Can you work in a condominium?
Yes, subject to the building’s access and work requirements. We review wiring routes, equipment space and scheduling with the project team before defining the scope. Unit systems and building-wide systems are treated as separate responsibilities.
What should I send before the visit?
Send the property city, a description of the project or failures, equipment photos if available, and any drawings or system documentation you own. Share passwords through an agreed secure process rather than a general contact-form message.
Do you support the system after installation?
Yes. We define the support and maintenance scope for the installed equipment, including any planned visits, documentation and remote-service options. Coverage, response arrangements and included work are set out in the service agreement.
