Lighting, Shades and Keypad Coordination

Savant scenes become more powerful when lighting and shades are designed as part of the whole-home experience. We coordinate keypad locations, shade power, pockets, fabric decisions and scene behavior with the lighting designer, electrician and interior designer. When Lutron is used, responsibilities are defined so both systems remain reliable and intuitive.

Security, Access and Property Systems

Security cameras, gates, locks, door stations and compatible alarm functions can be included in the Savant experience. Design work identifies network, power, viewing and control requirements while keeping life-safety and security responsibilities clear. Pool, spa and selected outdoor systems can also be coordinated where compatible.

Energy management may involve smart electrical panels, circuit monitoring, load prioritization, battery storage, generators, solar or electric-vehicle charging.
