Give management a clear access-administration process
We review who owns the account, which staff members need administration rights and how residents, vendors and temporary visitors receive access. Supported features and recurring charges are documented for the chosen plan. Changes in management should include a deliberate ownership and permission handoff.
A scope built around the installed equipment
An existing system may need account access restored, residents reorganized or connectivity repaired before adding equipment. We assess those issues first and confirm the authorized property representative. The residential myQ app and myQ Community are different services, so product and platform compatibility is checked for each scope.

From site survey to a usable system
Send us the property address, property type, number of entrances and the model numbers or photos of existing equipment. We review the site, prepare an itemized scope, confirm equipment compatibility and coordinate the installation or repair. The handoff covers operation, administration and service contacts.

Does myQ Community require a subscription?
Connected community access features require an applicable myQ Community plan. We confirm the hardware, resident needs, available features and recurring charges in the proposal.
Can you evaluate an existing installation?
Yes. We assess the equipment, wiring, network and authorized platform access before proposing repair, expansion or replacement. Existing-system defects and work outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
Connected security and infrastructure
Coordinate your entrance project with access control, security cameras and structured cabling. We can also evaluate ButterflyMX property access where it suits the project; a direct LiftMaster-to-ButterflyMX integration is included only after compatibility is verified.
