Does ButterflyMX work for gated communities and HOAs?
Yes. ButterflyMX can support visitor entry and resident access at compatible pedestrian gates, vehicle gates, garages and community entrances. The gate operator, safety equipment, network connection, credentials and visitor process must be reviewed during the site survey.
Can ButterflyMX replace an older telephone-entry system?
Often, but the existing wiring, door or gate hardware, network availability and resident requirements determine the retrofit plan. We document what can remain and what must be replaced before proposing the migration.
Can residents open a door or gate from a phone?
ButterflyMX supports mobile access and remote visitor entry. The exact workflow depends on the installed products, property configuration and management rules.
Can ButterflyMX work with elevators and cameras?
Compatible elevator-access and video-surveillance integrations can be planned as part of the project. Elevator work is coordinated with the qualified elevator contractor, and camera integration depends on the selected systems and supported interfaces.
Do you service systems installed by another company?
