Whole-property control for a waterfront home
At this waterfront estate in Massapequa, New York, Sentry Audio Video completed a Crestron automated system spanning the home and its outdoor living areas. The installation brought pool control, audio and video throughout the house and backyard, landscape lighting and colored RGB lighting into the project’s control scope.
The project also included camera and alarm integration and wireless networking throughout the property. The outdoor television was one part of this broader installation, giving the backyard its own viewing area alongside the pool and outdoor entertainment spaces.

These three project walkthroughs show the finished outdoor setting in daylight and at dusk. The dusk videos document colored lighting on the exterior and changing pool illumination. They provide a view of the completed backyard beyond the television installation photographs.
An outdoor television with a dedicated support frame
The installation photographs document the outdoor TV work from the prepared support frame through the mounted screen and soundbar. A white frame with horizontal mounting members provides the television location in front of the home’s exterior siding. The photos also show the cabling during installation before the display was fitted.
The completed installation features a SunBriteTV outdoor television and soundbar. The finished photographs show the Apple TV interface on screen and video playing, documenting the progression from mounting preparation to an operating outdoor entertainment system.
Audio and video inside and out
Crestron control covered audio and video throughout the house and backyard. This connected the outdoor viewing area with the wider entertainment scope of the residence, rather than treating the backyard television as a separate project.
Pool landscape and RGB lighting integration
The pool was integrated into the Crestron system, alongside control of the landscape lighting and colored RGB lighting. The completed-project videos show how the pool and exterior lighting shape the appearance of the backyard after daylight fades.
Security and wireless networking
Cameras and the alarm were included in the integration scope, together with wireless networking throughout the property. These systems formed part of the complete home-and-backyard installation.
The completed estate installation
The result is a waterfront property with a coordinated technology scope extending from the rooms inside the house to the pool and backyard. The photographs capture the outdoor TV installation details, while the walkthrough videos show the completed setting and its lighting in use.
