New alarms planned around the property

We review entry points, room use, occupancy patterns and the people who need access. A written design identifies the panel, keypads, contacts, supported sensors, communications and user functions. Equipment selection accounts for the property and any applicable installation requirements rather than a fixed package.

Honeywell, Resideo and Napco system service

Existing alarms may have reusable wiring and devices, but compatibility must be checked. We identify the installed panel, supported expansion and communicator options before quoting repair or modernization. Troubleshooting can cover keypad faults, communication failures, device trouble conditions and app access within the supported configuration.

Takeovers and monitoring arrangements

A takeover includes owner-authorized account access, an equipment inventory and testing of the agreed functions. We explain any communicator, app or monitoring requirements. Monitoring terms, recurring charges, response procedures and included services are confirmed in writing; an existing monitoring contract is reviewed separately.

Miami condominiums and seasonal Miami Beach homes

Unit alarms must be distinguished from building-managed systems. We coordinate permitted access and work hours with management. Seasonal owners need clear user permissions, reliable communications and a practical service contact. Life-safety or building fire-alarm work requires a separately defined, appropriate scope and approvals.

From assessment to a clear scope

  1. Tell us the goal: share your city, property type, project stage and the systems involved.
  2. Review the site: confirm access, scheduling and any diagnostic or assessment charges before a visit.
  3. Approve the work: review equipment, labor, wiring, programming and any recurring services in a written proposal.
  4. Test and hand over: verify the agreed functions and explain daily use and support options.

Questions before you begin

Do I need to replace every sensor when upgrading my alarm?

Not necessarily. We test condition and compatibility before deciding what can remain. The proposal separates required replacements, optional upgrades and any recurring services.

Do you serve both Miami and Miami Beach?

Yes. We coordinate work for Miami and Miami Beach properties, including homes, condominiums and suitable commercial projects. Building access, scheduling, scope and any assessment charges are confirmed before the visit.
