Renovations and new construction

We coordinate with owners, builders, designers, architects and electrical teams before walls and ceilings close. Planning includes equipment space, cooling, power, low-voltage pathways, keypads, access points, speakers, televisions, cameras and future service access.

Existing-system service and takeovers

If a Control4, Savant, Crestron or Lutron installation is slow, undocumented or unsupported, we start with a diagnostic review. We verify programming access, network health, racks, accounts and connected devices, then define what can remain and which changes will improve reliability.

Concierge AV and IT support

Service plans can include remote troubleshooting, account and password documentation, scheduled visits, network assistance and pre-arrival checks. Support can be coordinated with the owner, household staff or property manager without creating unnecessary complexity.

Yes. Takeovers, upgrades and service of existing systems are a regular part of Sentry’s work.

Can one system control lighting, shades and entertainment?

Yes, when compatible products are selected and programmed correctly. Local keypad and device control should remain available even when the central interface is used.

Can you improve outdoor Wi-Fi and audio?

Yes. We evaluate usable cabling, access-point locations, landscape conditions and listening areas before designing the outdoor system.
