Reunion home technology: installation, repairs and takeovers
Reunion properties can involve an owner, guests and a property manager. Home technology work should identify who authorizes changes and who needs daily access to controls.
Sentry Audio Video plans AV, lighting, shades, managed Wi-Fi, cameras and supported home automation around the residence and the owner’s priorities.

For a managed or vacation property, agree a practical TV and lighting routine, network permissions and the authorized support contact. Shared resort equipment is outside the private-home scope unless separately commissioned.
Check retained cabling, device accounts and equipment access before a takeover. For new installations, document how the agreed functions will be tested and demonstrated to the owner or representative.
Service options for your home
Automation and existing-system service
Identify the controller, available programming and owner accounts before selecting repairs or replacements. Test retained components with the proposed controls.
Lighting, shades and entertainment
Review dimming compatibility, shade power, display locations, sound coverage and practical daily operation before ordering equipment.
Networks and security
Survey wired connections, wireless use areas, camera views and remote-access requirements. Alarm and entry integrations depend on equipment compatibility and an authorized scope.
Can controls be designed for guests?
Yes. Define the permitted functions and simple operating steps, then test them with the retained sources and network. Owner administration and guest use should have clearly agreed access arrangements.
Prepare for an assessment
Share the property type, affected rooms, equipment models and whether you need a repair, takeover or new installation. Confirm owner-authorized access and relevant association work requirements. The proposal should identify retained equipment, new wiring, programming, testing and owner training.
Clubhouse, HOA and common-area systems require a separate authorized commercial proposal. Sentry Audio Video is an independent provider; this service page does not claim club affiliation or preferred-vendor status.
