Bocaire Country Club Smart Home & AV Service

Technology for a custom residence should provide strong coverage across the house, pool areas, driveway and gate while keeping the controls clean. We plan the infrastructure first so the visible devices can remain discreet.

Integrated technology for the residence

Property-wide connectivity and outdoor living

Concrete construction, long floor plans and outdoor areas require deliberate access-point locations and reliable wired backhaul. We design the switching, PoE, Cat6A and fiber where appropriate before adding cameras, audio or control devices.

Existing-system service and takeovers

If the original integrator is unavailable, Sentry can document the controllers, programming access, network, racks, accounts and connected devices. We identify what can remain, what needs repair and what should be upgraded without assuming the entire system must be replaced.

Frequently asked questions

Do you handle new construction and renovation prewire?

Yes. We coordinate cabling, equipment locations, power, cooling and device placement with the project team.

Can you take over an existing Savant or Crestron system?

Yes. Takeovers begin with documentation and access verification before programming or equipment changes.

Can cameras cover the gate, driveway and pool area?

Yes. We plan views, night conditions, storage, PoE capacity and remote access around the property.
