Design for useful images and dependable recording

We review entrances, driveways, garages, service doors and other authorized areas before choosing lenses, mounting locations and recording capacity. Daytime and nighttime conditions matter. Glare, backlighting, distance and motion can determine whether footage is useful. The scope defines retention goals, network capacity, power and recording equipment.

New systems, expansion and recorder upgrades

Camera projects can include PoE wiring, switches, recorders, storage, remote viewing and owner training. We work with suitable Digital Watchdog, Speco, Luma, UniFi Protect and other supported equipment. Analytics, cloud features and integration depend on the selected hardware, software, licenses and subscriptions.

Repair cameras installed by another company

Offline cameras, missing playback and unreliable app access are investigated separately. We review cable condition, PoE power, network configuration, recorder health, storage and user permissions. Supported cameras may remain when practical; incompatible or failed equipment is identified before an upgrade is quoted.

Coastal exposure and managed-property access

Miami Beach sites need careful review of salt exposure, mounting surfaces and accessible service locations. Miami offices and condominiums need clear authority over viewing areas, recording ownership and user access. Building approvals, work windows and privacy responsibilities are established with the owner or authorized property manager.

Yes, subject to equipment support and owner-authorized access. Send the recorder and camera models, the symptoms and your property location so we can plan an assessment.

Do you serve both Miami and Miami Beach?

Yes. We coordinate work for Miami and Miami Beach properties, including homes, condominiums and suitable commercial projects. Building access, scheduling, scope and any assessment charges are confirmed before the visit.
