Build the wiring plan before equipment selection
We identify display locations, audio zones, access points, cameras, interfaces and equipment racks. Cable types and counts are matched to intended uses and lengths. The scope addresses conduit, accessible pathways, service loops, rack locations and the division of work with the builder and other trades.
Cat6, fiber and organized equipment connections
Projects can include network drops, suitable fiber links, camera wiring, speaker cable and control pathways. We define termination and testing requirements, label connections and organize patching for service. Cable installation is coordinated with electrical separation, approved penetrations and building requirements.
Miami high-rises and occupied Miami Beach renovations
Condominium work may involve restricted risers, completed ceilings and management-approved routes. Waterfront homes may require careful planning for exterior devices and protected transitions. We inspect the feasible pathways before quoting, explain finish impacts and coordinate any access or restoration work included in the project.
Repair, expansion and documentation
An existing cable plant may be reusable after inspection and testing. We trace unidentified runs, investigate damaged terminations and separate a wiring fault from a network or device fault. The handoff defines the installed outlets, cable labeling and test results included, making future upgrades easier to plan.
From assessment to a clear scope
- Tell us the goal: share your city, property type, project stage and the systems involved.

- Approve the work: review equipment, labor, wiring, programming and any recurring services in a written proposal.
- Test and hand over: verify the agreed functions and explain daily use and support options.
Questions before you begin
Can you add Ethernet in a finished home or condominium?
Often, but the available pathways determine the method and finish impact. A site review establishes which routes are practical and whether visible raceway or restoration work is needed.
Do you serve both Miami and Miami Beach?
Yes. We coordinate work for Miami and Miami Beach properties, including homes, condominiums and suitable commercial projects. Building access, scheduling, scope and any assessment charges are confirmed before the visit.
