A network designed around the property
We review the internet handoff, router, switching, cable routes, access-point locations and protected power together. Concrete walls, large floor plates, equipment closets and outdoor areas can require different coverage strategies. Wired access points and properly planned switching provide a foundation for streaming, video calls, cameras and smart-home control.
UniFi upgrades and existing-network takeovers
Dropouts, slow rooms and devices that disappear need diagnosis before replacement. We separate ISP performance from Wi-Fi coverage, cabling, DNS, switching and configuration problems. With owner authorization, we review console access, device adoption, firmware compatibility and configuration backups. The proposal identifies equipment that can remain and the changes needed.
Miami high-rises and Miami Beach waterfront homes
A Brickell condominium may need discreet access points, guest separation and a plan that respects finished interiors. Miami Beach homes may need coverage across several floors, terraces or pool areas. We assess reachable wiring and equipment exposure before recommending indoor or outdoor products; coverage is tested after installation.
Handoff, documentation and continuing support
The finished scope can include labeled connections, a network map, owner-controlled administration, separate guest access and checks of the AV and security devices using the network. We explain remote-management options and define any continuing support separately. Speed and coverage expectations are based on the property and selected internet service.

Can you take over a UniFi system installed by someone else?
Yes. We first verify ownership, administrative access and the installed equipment. The assessment determines whether devices can be retained and what adoption, cabling or configuration changes are required.
Do you serve both Miami and Miami Beach?
Yes. We coordinate work for Miami and Miami Beach properties, including homes, condominiums and suitable commercial projects. Building access, scheduling, scope and any assessment charges are confirmed before the visit.
